Who you're dealing with
This site is run by Yu, an individual creator publishing as @ai.yu0278 and Koh Samui, Honestly. For anything on this page, write to aiyu0278@gmail.com.
Who takes your payment
Orders are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as merchant of record. Paddle is the seller named on your receipt, takes the payment, and charges any VAT or sales tax due where you live. Their buyer terms cover the transaction itself. Your card details never reach this site — I don't see them and don't store them.
What you're buying
A digital PDF guide, emailed to you immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped. There is no subscription and no recurring charge — each guide is bought once and is yours.
What you can do with it
The guide is licensed to you personally, for your own trip. Read it, print it, keep it on your phone, show it to the people you're travelling with.
What you may not do is republish it, resell it, upload it to a file-sharing site, or lift its contents into a competing guide. Copyright stays with me.
What the guides are, and aren't
They're an opinionated account of places I've been, written to be useful rather than neutral. Restaurants close, roads flood, hotels change hands, prices move. I update the guides when I can, but I can't promise every detail is current on the day you read it.
You're responsible for your own travel decisions — including anything to do with safety, health, visas, driving and the sea. Use your own judgement, especially about the water.
The free material
The free guide and everything on this site are offered as they are. If you're on the email list you can leave at any time from the link at the bottom of any email. What happens to your data is covered in the privacy notice.
Refunds
Every guide has a free preview so you can judge it before paying. Because the file downloads immediately, sales are final once you have it — the detail, and the exceptions, are on the refund policy page.
If something goes wrong
If a download doesn't arrive or a file won't open, email me and I'll fix it — that's not a complaint, it's just a broken link. Beyond the amount you paid, I'm not liable for losses arising from using a guide. That's standard, and it's also honest: it's a €5 PDF, not a travel agency.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date below changes when I do, and the version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. If you're a consumer in the EU or the UK, nothing here takes away the statutory rights you have where you live.
