Read the sample first. That's the honest version of a refund.
Every guide has a free preview on its own page — real pages, not a teaser. Take it, read it, and only pay if the writing is for you. It costs nothing and it answers the question a refund policy is really for.
The policy
Because the file downloads the moment you pay, sales are final. I can't take a PDF back, and pretending otherwise would just mean pricing it higher for everyone.
What I will always fix
- The file never arrived. Email me and I'll send it straight over — or refund it if you'd rather.
- The file is broken or won't open. Same: a working file or your money back, whichever you prefer.
- You were charged twice. That's a mistake, not a refund request. I'll return the duplicate.
- You bought the same guide twice, or bought one and then the bundle. Email me and I'll refund the overlap.
None of these need a reason or an argument. Write from the address you used at checkout, or forward the Paddle receipt, to aiyu0278@gmail.com.
Your statutory right, and what happens to it
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content downloaded immediately, that right ends once the download begins — and at checkout you agree to immediate access, which is what lets you read the guide on the spot instead of waiting a fortnight. That agreement is what this policy rests on.
Paddle is the merchant of record, so their buyer terms also apply to the transaction, and nothing here removes a right you have under the law where you live.
How a refund reaches you
When one is due, Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. Banks typically take 3–10 days to show it, which is out of my hands and theirs.
